Fine large antique Japanese monochrome watercolor scroll painting depicting Red-Crowned Crane standing near a big Plum tree. Signed and sealed by artist in ink. Masterfully painted. Watercolor and ink on paper. Mounted on paper. Lacquered black wood roller. Very good condition of the painting, age wear on paper mount, creases caused by the painting being rolled, that can be smoothed by dry hot ironing on the back and front before hanging or framing. Ready to be trimmed and framed. Japan, Meiji to early Showa Era, circa 1900-1920s.
