Antique Austrian 750-silver mounted oval strut-frame dressing table mirror. Vienna – Circa 1890. Diana’s head within a clover impressed on frame, flanked by a 4 and maker’s initials.
The oval mirror has a chased border on S-scroll feet. The verso has fruitwood backing and a brass adjustable ratchet. The mirror plate has been replaced and is in perfect condition. The silver mount has a knock to the top to note, very slightly out of shape. Please refer to the photographs. Some general light marks around the silver frame. The brass picture loop appears to have been added at some point in the past.
The fruitwood back and the stand are undamaged, and there are no repairs.
