This is part of Chairish’s Costume Jewelry assortment.

1950s goldtone prong set oval faux-citrine with three leaves at the bottom clip earrings. Marked “NAPIER PAT. PEND.” Measure: 7/8 inches long by 7/8 inches wide. Condition: Very good; mild wear to backs. In one of the pictures the clip looks discolored but it’s just a reflection.
